• I’m working on interesting things. In fact, I’m only here to make interesting things.

• I’m working with people who are willing and excited about leaning into the creative process. I think I can do that with you. Am I right? Do you want to make something funny, relatable, exciting, insightful, or inspiring? Do you want to make something interesting?

• I have clear, realistic, collaborative goals. We have to agree. I don’t just do what I’m told. I am not a project manager or assistant even though I fill those gaps as needed for the good of the project.

• I am given direct and concise feedback.

• Trust and transparency rule. Creativity is tough, it can be emotional. The most confident business people, speakers, and writers clam up when they need to make something for social media. Be honest with me, be introspective, tell me what works for you and trust me to guide and push you forward.

• Taste matters. Strategy, creativity, and skill meet to form taste and style. My infinite curiosity has compelled me to study a large range of content. I am obsessed with how people make effective stories. If you work with me, I will use all my skills, taste, style and obsession to help you figure out how to make something interesting and I’ll make it with you.
